Floridians are fortunate enough to live in a temperate climate where, apart from the risk of a storm here and there, we are able to take advantage of the great outdoors all year round. This is fantastic for those who are looking to keep fit because outdoor exercise is cheap and convenient and may be a great way to improve your general health and possibly even help reduce the premiums on your Florida health insurance.

According to the Mayo Clinic, just 30 minutes of exercise a day can provide significant benefits for your cardiovascular health, lung function, weight control and mood, not to mention that it’s fun and could be a great way to make new friends.
